About Us
Good animal management, good harvest.
We know that food grown on healthy land is important. We act as stewards of this land, caring for its health. Seasonal grazing to produce our protiens and rotating species yearly keeps the ground healthy and vibrant with the needed ecosystem to grow grass and topsoil.
Drawing carbon out of the air and back into the ground where it should be.
We utilize grass as a solar capture device; our animals mow the grass, which in turn fertilizes the ground and causes the grass to grow. This partnership between the animals and sun draws down carbon out of our atmosphere. It has been said that if all farmers practiced this, we could reverse the damage we have done in a matter of years.
Starting a Tradition
I grew up on ranch land. This land is like coming back home. We are proud to grow local food. Thank you for supporting what we have started.
