Pastured Duck has wonderful yellow fat from the grass. All dark meat and a wonderful confit. This balance of feed, grass, bugs and worms the ducks really thrive here being omnivores. Tasty tasty tasty!
Our Pastured Goose is a favorite. Raised in the same fashion as the ducks, our geese are the lawnmowers. When done right the Goose is the elegance of the table. The carcass renders pure beautiful oil for confit and properly cooked will feed a family with its complete richness in taste. There is nothing like it.
